If you prefer to do your own Tax Return

CabSave Free Version is a zero cost option. The software is easily accessible from any internet connected device and it’s very easy to use. You can print off your weekly Income and Expenses sheets if required.

For £9.99, the CabSave Full Version will show your profit and any tax due to date. You can personalise the weekly sheets, by removing any income or expense category not required (this makes the page shorter and easier to use). You can also print off various year-end reports including a Profit and Loss account, detailed tax calculation, Tax Return completion help sheet, and a summary of your income and expenses.

If you own your vehicle you may wish to consider the CabSave Enhanced Version. For £24.99 we will complete the tricky Capital Allowances and Hire Purchase section ensuring the accuracy of the tax calculator.

If you are unsure we would recommend the FREE version, you can always upgrade later, and all data is transferred to the new version automatically

If you prefer to use your own accountant

Our Free Version is an excellent choice if you want to use your own accountant!

You can print off all your weekly sheets and take them to your accountant at the end of the tax year. Alternatively you can provide your accountant with your login details, and they can access your software from their own office. Please refer him/her to the “If you are an accountant” section on this page.

For £9.99, the CabSave Full Version will enable you to print off a summary of Income and Expenses and perhaps you can negotiate a lower fee as this will save your accountant some time.

If you are an accountant

If you have any driver clients using the free version of our software it may make sense to consider purchasing the full version upgrade from us. This will give you access to the income and expenses summary and avoid having to re enter all the data. Also any amendments made on the weekly sheets are automatically updated on the summary saving further time.

If you have several driver clients of your own, we can provide a cost effective, unbranded version of the software which will have absolutely no links or connection back to our company or website and you can personalise the software with your company name and contact details. You would have administrator access, listing all your clients where you can check, amend and print their entries at your convenience.

Providing the software would be beneficial to your clients and would help them comply with their bookkeeping responsibilities. It’s extremely easy to use and takes just minutes to complete each week. HMRC officers have commented positively during “business record checks”.
